目的：评价孕期膳食指导结合多糖铁复合物胶囊防治妊娠期贫血的效果。方法对2011年7月~2013年6月在本院产检的400例孕妇随机分为两组进行比较，治疗组(n=200)进行膳食分析和指导，结合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗；对照组(n=200)孕期仅给予膳食调查但不干预。结果膳食指导结合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗组比对照组的血红蛋白值升高，妊娠期贫血发生率下降，营养素摄入量达到RNI的比例升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期膳食指导结合多糖铁复合物胶囊防治妊娠期贫血的疗效显著。
목적：평개잉기선식지도결합다당철복합물효낭방치임신기빈혈적효과。방법대2011년7월~2013년6월재본원산검적400례잉부수궤분위량조진행비교，치료조(n=200)진행선식분석화지도，결합다당철복합물효낭치료；대조조(n=200)잉기부급여선식조사단불간예。결과선식지도결합다당철복합물효낭치료조비대조조적혈홍단백치승고，임신기빈혈발생솔하강，영양소섭입량체도RNI적비례승고，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론잉기선식지도결합다당철복합물효낭방치임신기빈혈적료효현저。
Objective To evaluate the maternal diet guidance combined with iron polysaccharide complex in controlling of anemia during pregnancy. Methods From July 2011 to June 2013 in this hospital, 400 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups for comparison, the treatment group (n=200) Dietary analysis and guidance, combined with the iron polysaccharide complex capsules therapy; the control group(n=200) pregnancy only given dietary survey but no intervention. Results Dietary guidance combined with iron polysaccharide complex capsules treatment group than the control group values of hemoglobin, anemia in pregnancy rate dropped, nutrient intake to achieve the ratio of RNI increased, there was significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of maternal diet guidance combined with iron polysaccharide complex capsulesprevent anemia during pregnancy significantly.
