目的:探讨肝脏小结节病变的磁共振(MRI)不同表现在诊断与鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:选取2008年1月至2012年8月经黑龙江省医院临床证实的直径≤3 cm肝脏小结节病变的76例患者,采用美国GE公司双梯度Signa3.0T HD MRI,先行平扫,通过注射钆喷酸葡胺进行增强扫描,分析肝脏结节的MRI表现。结果:各种疾病在MRI的T1WI和T2WI表现上各有特点,加之钆剂增强不同的强化特点,对肝脏小结节病变基本可以给出正确的诊断,经MRI诊断出原发肝细胞癌(HCC)15例,转移癌12例,再生性结节(RN)40例,肝细胞腺瘤(HAC)6例,局灶性结节样增生(FNH)3例。其中,原发肝细胞癌和转移癌与病理验证相符。结论:MRI平扫、多期增强扫描对肝脏小结节病变的诊断与鉴别诊断价值较高。
目的:探討肝髒小結節病變的磁共振(MRI)不同錶現在診斷與鑒彆診斷中的價值。方法:選取2008年1月至2012年8月經黑龍江省醫院臨床證實的直徑≤3 cm肝髒小結節病變的76例患者,採用美國GE公司雙梯度Signa3.0T HD MRI,先行平掃,通過註射釓噴痠葡胺進行增彊掃描,分析肝髒結節的MRI錶現。結果:各種疾病在MRI的T1WI和T2WI錶現上各有特點,加之釓劑增彊不同的彊化特點,對肝髒小結節病變基本可以給齣正確的診斷,經MRI診斷齣原髮肝細胞癌(HCC)15例,轉移癌12例,再生性結節(RN)40例,肝細胞腺瘤(HAC)6例,跼竈性結節樣增生(FNH)3例。其中,原髮肝細胞癌和轉移癌與病理驗證相符。結論:MRI平掃、多期增彊掃描對肝髒小結節病變的診斷與鑒彆診斷價值較高。
목적:탐토간장소결절병변적자공진(MRI)불동표현재진단여감별진단중적개치。방법:선취2008년1월지2012년8월경흑룡강성의원림상증실적직경≤3 cm간장소결절병변적76례환자,채용미국GE공사쌍제도Signa3.0T HD MRI,선행평소,통과주사구분산포알진행증강소묘,분석간장결절적MRI표현。결과:각충질병재MRI적T1WI화T2WI표현상각유특점,가지구제증강불동적강화특점,대간장소결절병변기본가이급출정학적진단,경MRI진단출원발간세포암(HCC)15례,전이암12례,재생성결절(RN)40례,간세포선류(HAC)6례,국조성결절양증생(FNH)3례。기중,원발간세포암화전이암여병리험증상부。결론:MRI평소、다기증강소묘대간장소결절병변적진단여감별진단개치교고。
Objective:To study the imaging features and differential diagnosis by MRI in liver small hepatic nodules. Methods:Confirmed by clinical the hepatic small nodulars of diameter≤3cm in 76 cases in our hospital during January 2008-August 2012. The USA GE dual gradient Signa 3.0T HD MRI was used to first scan and be enhanced scanning and performed by injection of gadopentetate dimeglumine and analyse MRI findings of the liver hepatic nodules. Results:Because all kinds of diseases have their own characteristics in the T1WI and T2WI of MRI and GD DTPA enhancement of different enhancement features, a correct diagnosis can be given for the liver small nodulars. Diagnosis by MRI is 15 cases of carcinoma(HCC), 12 of metastatic carcinoma, 40 of regenerative nodules (RN), 6 of hepatocellular adenoma (HAC), 3 of focal nodular hyperplasia(FNH). Conclusion:Correct imaging diagnosis is possible in liver small nodules by plain and multi-phase enhanced scan MRI, and it is of great value in differential diagnosis.
