利用Deform-3D建立了剪刃剪切带钢的模型,分析了剪切速度、带钢厚度、剪切温度、剪刃间隙、剪刃重合度和剪刃截面角度等因素对剪刃磨损的影响,得出剪刃的磨损云图和刀尖最大磨损点随时间变化的磨损曲线,以及剪切参数对剪刃磨损的影响规律。为优化剪切工艺参数,提高剪刃寿命以及延长剪刃更换周期提供了理论参考。
利用Deform-3D建立瞭剪刃剪切帶鋼的模型,分析瞭剪切速度、帶鋼厚度、剪切溫度、剪刃間隙、剪刃重閤度和剪刃截麵角度等因素對剪刃磨損的影響,得齣剪刃的磨損雲圖和刀尖最大磨損點隨時間變化的磨損麯線,以及剪切參數對剪刃磨損的影響規律。為優化剪切工藝參數,提高剪刃壽命以及延長剪刃更換週期提供瞭理論參攷。

Established finite element model of blade shearing strip by Deform-3D, and analyzed the factors of shear speed , strip thickness , shear temperature , blade clearance , coincidence degree and sectional angle of share blade that affecting the wear of share blade .And obtained the shear blade wear nephogram and the wear curve of blade tip point with time and then concluded the law of cutting parameters on wear of shear blade .This paper pro-vides a theoretical reference in optimizing the share process parameters , improving the shear blade life and extending the blade replacement cycle .
