目的：研究彩超引导下经皮肾镜联合气压弹道碎石治疗复杂性肾结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院在2011年5月~2014年2月间收治的60例复杂性肾结石患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用彩色多普勒超声引导下经皮肾镜联合气压弹道碎石术治疗。结果患者手术均成功,手术时间在72~175 min间,平均时间(83.27±2.15)min,术后7 d,对尿路平片进行复查,发现有52例患者结石完全排净,8例患者留有残余结石,结石清除率高达86.7%。住院时间在5~17 d间,平均住院(7.86±2.75)d。有4例患者出现发热症状,经抗生素为患者行抗感染治疗后,患者体温恢复至正常状态。结论对复杂性结石患者采用彩超引导下经皮肾镜联合气压弹道碎石术治疗,有利于提高临床疗效,手术成功率非常高,对患者身体损伤小,且有效缩短治疗时长,值得临床推广。
목적：연구채초인도하경피신경연합기압탄도쇄석치료복잡성신결석적림상료효。방법회고성분석본원재2011년5월~2014년2월간수치적60례복잡성신결석환자적림상자료,소유환자균채용채색다보륵초성인도하경피신경연합기압탄도쇄석술치료。결과환자수술균성공,수술시간재72~175 min간,평균시간(83.27±2.15)min,술후7 d,대뇨로평편진행복사,발현유52례환자결석완전배정,8례환자류유잔여결석,결석청제솔고체86.7%。주원시간재5~17 d간,평균주원(7.86±2.75)d。유4례환자출현발열증상,경항생소위환자행항감염치료후,환자체온회복지정상상태。결론대복잡성결석환자채용채초인도하경피신경연합기압탄도쇄석술치료,유리우제고림상료효,수술성공솔비상고,대환자신체손상소,차유효축단치료시장,치득림상추엄。
ObjectiveTo explore curative effect of color dopper ultrasound guided percutaneous nephroscope joint pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy in the treatment of complexity kidney stones. MethodsRetrospectively analyzing the clinical data of 60 patients with complexity, kidney stones from May 2011 to February 2014, all patients were using color doppler ultrasound guided percutaneous nephroscope joint pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy treatment.ResultsPatients with operation were successful, the operation time between 72 and 72 minutes, the average time of (83.27 ± 2.15) minutes, after 7 days, after review of urinary plain radiographs, found that there are 52 patients calculi completely free, 8 cases of patients with residual stones, stone clearance rate is as high as 86.7%. Length of hospital stay between 5 to 17 days, the average hospitalization (7.86 ± 2.75) days. Of fever, in 4 patients after treatment with antibiotics for the patients with anti-infection, patients’ body temperature returned to normal.ConclusionComplexity of calculi were treated by color dopper ultrasound guided percutaneous nephroscope joint pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy treatment, to improve the clinical curative effect, surgical success rate is very high, the patient body damage is small, and can effectively shorten the treatment time, worth clinical promotion.
