目的：分析本院中西药物不合理联用现象，并提出相应解决对策。方法选择自2013年1~12月间本院中西药联合用药病例13669份，对其中中西药不合理联用情况进行统计、分析。结果随机抽查本院中西药联合用药13669份病例中不合理联用1248例，占9.13%。结论本院临床用药中西药不合理联用现象非常普遍，应加强临床医药工作人员的中西药理论学习，掌握中西药联用的基本知识，降低中西药不合理联用现象。

목적：분석본원중서약물불합리련용현상，병제출상응해결대책。방법선택자2013년1~12월간본원중서약연합용약병례13669빈，대기중중서약불합리련용정황진행통계、분석。결과수궤추사본원중서약연합용약13669빈병례중불합리련용1248례，점9.13%。결론본원림상용약중서약불합리련용현상비상보편，응가강림상의약공작인원적중서약이론학습，장악중서약련용적기본지식，강저중서약불합리련용현상。
Objective To analyze unreasonable combination of Chinese and western medicine, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve these problems.Methods Choosing from January 2013 to December 2013, our hospital 13669 cases of Chinese and western medicine combination unreasonable combination for statistics and analysis.Results Random sampling from Chinese and western medicine combination rationally in the 13669cases 1248 cases, accounting for 9.13%.Conclusion Unreasonable combination therapy, our Chinese and western medicine is widespread and the theory of Chinese and western medicine clinical medical staff should be strengthened to study and master the basic knowledge of Chinese and western combined, reduce the unreasonable combination Chinese and western medicine.
