采用高温固相法直接再生磷酸铁锂(LiFePO4),去除杂质,恢复电化学性能。对再生材料进行物理性能、XRD和充放电性能分析。n(Li)∶n(Fe)∶n(P)=1.1∶1.0∶1.0,采用氮氢混合气体保护,在500±15℃下进行一次焙烧、在700±15℃下进行二次焙烧,得到的样品性能良好。碳含量为7.12%;在2.5~4.2 V充放电,0.1 C首次放电比容量可达141.5 mAh/g,1.0 C循环100次的容量保持率为97.84%。

Lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4 )was directly recycled by high-temperature solid-state method,which removed impuri-ties to restore its electrochemical performance. The physical properties,XRD and charged-discharged performance analyses of recycled material were taken. When n(Li)∶n(Fe)∶n(P)=1.1∶1.0∶1.0,first roasting at 500 ±15 ℃ and second roasting at 700 ±15 ℃with the protect of nitrogen-hydrogen mixture,the obtained sample had fine performance. The content of carbon was 7.12%;when charged-discharged in 2.5 ~4.2 V,the initial specific discharge capacity was 141.5 mAh/g at 0.1 C,and the capacity retention was 97.84% after 100 cycles at 1.0 C.
