The development of hospital pharmacy is facing opportunities and challenges and hospital pharmacists are presented with higher requirements under the new round of medical reform. More than one hundred pharmaceutical experts of Beijing medical institutions at all levels reached this consensus through animated discussion, with a view to promoting the development of hospital pharmacy, promoting rational use of drugs, improving the professionalism and occupational status of Chinese pharmacists, and building a harmonious and sustainable healthcare environment.
