Zhang Liu Cream%Metronidazole
目的：提高樟硫乳膏的质量控制标准。方法采用HPLC法测定制剂中甲硝唑的含量,选择C18柱,以甲醇-水(20：80)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为315 nm。结果甲硝唑在20~100μg/ml范围内的线性关系良好, Y=7.846×105X+99306.8,r=0.9998, n=5,平均加样回收率为99.92%, RSD为1.2%(n=6)。结论该方法简便,准确,专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

목적：제고장류유고적질량공제표준。방법채용HPLC법측정제제중갑초서적함량,선택C18주,이갑순-수(20：80)위류동상,류속위1.0 ml/min,검측파장위315 nm。결과갑초서재20~100μg/ml범위내적선성관계량호, Y=7.846×105X+99306.8,r=0.9998, n=5,평균가양회수솔위99.92%, RSD위1.2%(n=6)。결론해방법간편,준학,전속성강,가용우해제제적질량공제。
Objective To improve the quality standard for quality control of Zhang Liu Cream.Methods Metronidazole in this medicine was determined by HPLC, the methanol-water(20:80)solution was used as the mobile phase, the column was C18 , the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detective wavelength was at 315 nm. Results Chemical reaction was positive reaction; Metronidazole showed a good linear relationship at the range of 20~100μg/ml(r=0.9998). The average recoverywas 99.92%, with RSD of 1.2%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
