目的：找出上环综合征的治疗护理预防措施,提高上环率及计划生育质量。方法选取2012年随访中出现上环综合征者234例,对其发生原因、处理及预防措施进行探讨。结果节育环置于人体内,会导致人体产生排异反应。本组患者经药物治疗及心理疏导后取得理想的效果,162例患者治愈,治愈率为69.2%,45例患者好转,好转率为19.2%,27例患者无效,无效率为11.6%,治疗的总有效率为88.4%。结论节育环是一种植入人体内的异物,难免造成排异反应,积极的处理可有效缓解患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量。

목적：조출상배종합정적치료호리예방조시,제고상배솔급계화생육질량。방법선취2012년수방중출현상배종합정자234례,대기발생원인、처리급예방조시진행탐토。결과절육배치우인체내,회도치인체산생배이반응。본조환자경약물치료급심리소도후취득이상적효과,162례환자치유,치유솔위69.2%,45례환자호전,호전솔위19.2%,27례환자무효,무효솔위11.6%,치료적총유효솔위88.4%。결론절육배시일충식입인체내적이물,난면조성배이반응,적겁적처리가유효완해환자적림상증상,제고기생활질량。
Objective To find out the nursing and prevention measures of Sheung syndrome to improve the quality of the ring rate and family planning.Methods 234 patients with upper syndrome appeared 2012 follow-up, the causes, treatment and preventive measures.Results The contraceptive ring inside the body, causes the body to produce rejection. This group of patients with drug therapy and psychological counseling after achieved the desired results, 162 patients were cured, the cure rate was 69.2%, 45 cases were improved, the improvement rate was 19.2%, 27 cases were invalid, ineffective was 11.6%, the total effective rate of treatment was 88.4%.Conclusion IUD is a implanted in the body of the foreign body, unavoidably cause rejection, active treatment can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients, improve the quality of life.
