目的：探讨倍他乐克治疗风湿性心脏病心力衰竭的临床效果。方法：对68例风湿性心脏病患者，在常规“强心、利尿、扩血管、抗血栓”等治疗的基础上，加用倍他乐克，通过半年的严密随访观察。结果：68例心力衰竭患者，心功能恢复至Ⅰ级5例，Ⅱ级31例，Ⅲ级17例，Ⅳ级11例，死亡4例，治疗有效率达78．9％。结论：倍他乐克治疗风湿性心脏病可有效的抑制心室重塑发展，显著降低患者的病死率，明显改善心力衰竭患者的预后，是现代心力衰竭治疗的有效药物。

목적：탐토배타악극치료풍습성심장병심력쇠갈적림상효과。방법：대68례풍습성심장병환자，재상규“강심、이뇨、확혈관、항혈전”등치료적기출상，가용배타악극，통과반년적엄밀수방관찰。결과：68례심력쇠갈환자，심공능회복지Ⅰ급5례，Ⅱ급31례，Ⅲ급17례，Ⅳ급11례，사망4례，치료유효솔체78．9％。결론：배타악극치료풍습성심장병가유효적억제심실중소발전，현저강저환자적병사솔，명현개선심력쇠갈환자적예후，시현대심력쇠갈치료적유효약물。
Objective :To explore the clinical effect of double Betaloc in the treatment of heart failure in patients with rheumatic heart disease .Meth-ods :68 cases of rheumatic heart disease patients ,based on conventional “strong heart ,diuretic ,vasodilator ,anti thrombus” treatment ,plus Betaloc , through close follow -up of half a year of observation .Results:68 cases of patients with heart failure ,cardiac function of 5 patients recovered to grade I ,31 cases in grade II ,17 cases in grade Ⅲ ,Ⅳ 11 cases ,4 cases died ,the effective rate was 78 .9% .Conclusion :Suppression of ventricular remodeling development Betaloc in the treatment of rheumatic heart disease can be effective ,significantly reduce the mortality of patients ,improve the prognosis of patients with heart failure patients ,is an effective drug in the modern treatment of heart failure .
