근년래,아국소수전발전신속,2010년전국소수전발전량점총발전량적4.83%。소수전적효익불지체현재직접경제효익상,환체현재체대화전절약연료、감소배경오염적간접효익상。전면분석소수전적종합효익,능추진경제증장방식향집약형전변。
In recent years,the rapid development of China’s small hydropower,the energy output of small hy-dropower in 2010 is 4.83 percent of total national electricity generating capacity.Small hydropower benefits not only reflected in the direct economic benefits ,but also in alternative fuel thermal power savings ,reducing the indirect benefits of environmental pollution.A comprehensive analysis of the overall efficiency of small hy-dropower can promote economic growth mode transforming to intensive mode.
