统计了2012年中国锆产业的生产状况,重点分析了生产和进口情况。2012年中国共生产锆英砂约4.0×104 t,进口锆英砂总量(折合成精矿)为5.89×105 t,总需求量为6.29×105 t;生产氧氯化锆197250 t,生产二氧化锆17972t,生产硫酸锆6844 t,生产碳酸锆20541 t,生产硅酸锆255000 t,生产电熔锆44300 t。与2011年相比,中国锆英砂、化学锆及金属锆产量均出现不同程度下降。2012年中国锆企业在需求下降和原料高涨的双重压力下,效益普遍不好。因此,建议我国锆企业大力发展高技术产品,实现产业升级,并能够主动走出去,开发利用国外锆资源。

The industry production status of zirconium in China was reviewed , and the imports as well as the output situation were also analyzed .The yield of zircon sand in China reached 4.0 ×10 4 t in 2012 , and the total amount of imported zircon sand ( converted into concentrate ) was 5.89 ×10 5 t, while the total demand was 6.29 ×10 5 t. Besides, the zirconium oxychloride yield was 197 250 t, and the production of zirconium dioxide , zirconium sulfate, zirconium carbonate, zirconium silicate, and fused zirconia were 17 972 t, 6 844 t, 20 541 t, 255 000 t and 44 300 t, respectively .The yield of zircon sand , zirconium chemicals , zirconium metal in China in 2012 were all declined compared with in 2011 .The economic efficiency of the enterprises was low for the reason of falling demand and rising raw material .So it is suggested that the enterprises should develop high-tech products , realize industrial upgrading and make full use of the zirconium resource abroad .
