This paper is aimed at analyzing English major students'motivation of learning Japanese as their second language . Furthermore, the paper explains briefly that teachers should make various teaching plans in accordance with students with different learning purposes.By doing this, the writer hopes that this pointed teaching concept can help other teachers improve their teaching quality and can also play a positive role in education development process .
