临床上所谓的糖尿病（DM）是一种常见的慢性进行性代谢内分泌疾病。现代医学对本病的治疗是在控制饮食的基础上，用胰岛素或其它降糖药物控制急性症状，但是长期服用有明显副作用。然而通过传统蒙医药治疗，其临床治愈及病理治愈者在临床上非为罕见。所以愈来愈多的医务工作者把目光投向祖国传统医药学。本文以蒙医学基本理论为指导，就糖尿病肾病以及并发症理论认识、治疗方法、诊断标准、临床方面及讨论等方面进行了初步探讨。

The so-called clinical diabetes (DM) is a common chronic progressive metabolic endocrine disease. Modern medical treatment of this disease on the basis of the control diet, insulin or other hypoglycemic agents to control acute symptoms, but long-term use has significant side effects. However, through traditional Mongolian medicine treatment, the clinical cure and clinical pathology in the non-cure is rare. So more and more medical workers to look toward the motherland of traditional medicine. In this paper, the basic theory of Mongolian Medicine as a guide, to diabetic nephropathy and complications of theoretical understanding, treatment, diagnostic criteria, clinical aspects and discuss other aspects discussed.
