目的识别、分析和评价苏州市某压力容器有限公司生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素,评价职业卫生防护措施效果。方法依据国家相关标准,采用现场检测、检查表等方法对建设项目进行评价。结果该公司的厂址选择、总体布局、职业病危害防护设施、辅助卫生用室设置、职业卫生管理措施等基本符合国家有关规定。该项目存在的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、氮氧化物、氟化氢、二甲苯、乙苯、紫外辐射(电焊弧光)、噪声、手传振动、高温、电离辐射等。其中石棉粉尘、碳化硅粉尘(总尘)、手传振动超标,部分作业岗位噪声、其他粉尘浓度超标。结论该建设项目的职业病危害防护措施基本符合国家职业卫生标准,但部分岗位仍需完善防护措施和加强管理。

ObjectiveTo identify ,analyze and assess the occupation hazards in a pressure vessel company Ltd. in Suzhou, to evaluate the effect of protection facilities against occupational hazards.Methods Based on relevant national standards, the construction project was evaluated by using the ifeld investigation and check list methods.Results Related factors including site facilities, the overall layout, occupational disease preventive and protective measures, the auxiliary room settings all accorded with the national regulations. The main occupational-disease-inductive factors: dust, NOx, hydrogen fluoride, xylene, ethyl benzene, ultraviolet radiation(welding arc), noise, vibration, high temperature, ionizing radiation, etc, among which the asbestors dust, silicon carbide dust(dust), hand vibration were over standard, noise and other dust concentrations were above standard at some working posts.Conclusion The occupational hazards protective measures meet the national occupational health standards in this project, but protective measures should be improved and management should be enhanced in some working posts.
