目的探讨脱水剂对于急性脑干梗死的临床应用价值。方法抽取来我院诊治的急性脑干梗死患者40例,随机平均分为两组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用脱水剂治疗,对照组仅采用常规治疗,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果根据临床疗效评价标准,治疗组20例中,痊愈2例,显效9例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率为85%;对照组20例中,痊愈1例,显效6例,有效6例,无效7例,总有效率为65%。结论在急性脑干梗死早期应用适量的脱水剂治疗,能够平稳的降低颅内压及减轻脑细胞的水肿程度,从而有效地减轻或控制病情的进展,减轻神经功能及脑细胞的损伤,显著提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

목적탐토탈수제대우급성뇌간경사적림상응용개치。방법추취래아원진치적급성뇌간경사환자40례,수궤평균분위량조,치료조재상규치료적기출상가용탈수제치료,대조조부채용상규치료,대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과근거림상료효평개표준,치료조20례중,전유2례,현효9례,유효6례,무효3례,총유효솔위85%;대조조20례중,전유1례,현효6례,유효6례,무효7례,총유효솔위65%。결론재급성뇌간경사조기응용괄량적탈수제치료,능구평은적강저로내압급감경뇌세포적수종정도,종이유효지감경혹공제병정적진전,감경신경공능급뇌세포적손상,현저제고치료효과,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of dehydrating agent applied to acute brainstem infarction.Method The clinical data of 40 acute brainstem infarction patients were retrospectively analyzed.These patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was plused treatment with a dehydrating agent on the basis of conventional therapy,and the control group was only giving conventional treatment.Results According to clinical efficacy evaluation criteria:In 20 patients of the treatment group,there were 2 cases cured,9 cases markedly effective,6 cases effective,3 cases ineffective and the total effective rate was 85%;In 20 patients of the control group,there were 1 cases cured,6 cases markedly effective,6 cases effective, 7 cases ineffective and the total effective rate was 65%;Conclusion An appropriate amount of application of dehydrating agent in the treatment of acute brainstem infarction can reduce intracranial pressure stably and reduce the degree of edema of brain cells,so as to effectively reduce or control the progress of the disease,reduce the damage to neurological and brain cell,signiifcantly increase treatment effect.And so,it is worthy of clinical application.
