目的:探讨不同身体成分对成年人体质的影响,进一步提高成年人的健康意识。方法:分别采用《中国成人超重和肥胖症预防指南》和《国民体质测定标准手册(成年人部分)》对成年居民进行体质测试。结果:(1)成年男性的BMI均值高于女性BMI值,且均值都高于24kg/m2,处于超重或肥胖状态,女性的BMI值均随着年龄的增加而增加;(2)20-39岁年龄组中,53.8%的男性处于超重或肥胖状态;40-59岁年龄组中,高达72.1%的男性处于超重或肥胖状态;(3)正常体重组的体质综合评分最高,体重过重或过轻均会对身体机能和素质产生负面影响。

목적:탐토불동신체성분대성년인체질적영향,진일보제고성년인적건강의식。방법:분별채용《중국성인초중화비반증예방지남》화《국민체질측정표준수책(성년인부분)》대성년거민진행체질측시。결과:(1)성년남성적BMI균치고우녀성BMI치,차균치도고우24kg/m2,처우초중혹비반상태,녀성적BMI치균수착년령적증가이증가;(2)20-39세년령조중,53.8%적남성처우초중혹비반상태;40-59세년령조중,고체72.1%적남성처우초중혹비반상태;(3)정상체중조적체질종합평분최고,체중과중혹과경균회대신체궤능화소질산생부면영향。
aim:This paper aimed at improving healthy consciousness through discussing the influence on adult physique with different body compositions.Method: physical tests for adult residents have been conducted,using A Prevention Guide for Adult Overweight and Adiposis and National Physical Measurement Standard Manual(For Adult).Result:(1) BMI of adult males is higher than BMI for females,and the average number of them is higher than 24kg / m2,which is overweight or corpulent.BMI for females is increased with the growth of age.(2)Among from 20~39 years old,53.8% of males are in overweight or corpulent state;among from 40~59 years old,the proportion is up to 72.1%.(3)The synthetical score of normal weight group is the highest one.Overweight or underweight both have a negative impact on body function and quality.
