针对老年人健康问题建立科学、有效的太极拳健身运动处方,改善老年人身体健康状况,促进其身心健康发展。研究结果表明:实验前筛选确定4名自愿者不适合参与该计划;32周太极拳运动处方健身后,自愿者安静血压、坐位体前屈、闭眼单足站立、TC、TG、LDL得到改善,说明该处方对老年人血压、柔韧性、平衡性、血脂的改善具有一定的作用;试验前期、中期、结束相互间F.C.都存在显著差异,表明该处方使老年人心脏功能能力得到了改善。

The paper aims to set up a scientific and efficient TaiJi exercise prescription according to general heath problems of the elderly,so as to improve their health status and their physical and mental health.The result shows that after 32 weeks of training of TaiJi exercise prescription,the volunteers' quiet blood pressure became more stable and their standing time with one foot and closed eyes was longer.Their trunk bending at sitting position,TC,TG and LDL were all improved.The research shows that the TaiJi exercise prescription has a positive effect on the blood pressure,flexibility,balance and blood fat of the elderly.There are significant differences among F.C.in the the initial,intermeddle and final stage of the experiment,which shows that this prescription improves the heart function of the elderly.
