运用文献资料法和专家访谈法,对传统腰鼓与健身腰鼓的价值进行了探析。其中,传统腰鼓中的古代腰鼓价值流变历程为驱魔震妖、祭祀以及战争3个阶段;近代腰鼓中选取了安塞腰鼓和解放腰鼓两个最有代表性的腰鼓流派进行了价值论述。至于健身腰鼓的价值,从它的本质价值与衍生价值两个方面进行分析,具体表现在：健身价值、健心价值、传承价值、表演价值、教育价值与艺术价值。

With the research methods of literature study and expert interview,the paper provides insight into the value of the traditional waist drum and fitness waist drum.Specifically,the ancient waist drum,as the traditional waist drum,has its fluxing process,which is divided into 3 parts,to exorcise,to sacrifice and to fight;Ansai Waist Drum and Liberation Waist Drum,as the representative of modern waist drum,which is expounded on their value.As for the value of fitness waist drum,the essay analyzes both the intrinsic value and the derivative value which specifically are the value of getting physical and mental health,inheritance,performance,education and art.
