建立了高效液相色谱法测定禽、羊组织中环丙氨嗪残留量的方法。动物组织样品中残留的环丙氨嗪经三氯乙酸/乙腈溶液提取,MCX固相萃取小柱净化后,采用高效液相色谱仪测定。方法的检测限和定量限分别为10、25μg/kg。羊肉、羊肝、羊肾和羊脂肪在25—600μg/kg添加浓度范围内,回收率为74.4%~107%,批内RSD在0.9%~11.9%之间,批间RSD在0.3%~11.1%之间。鸡肉、鸡肝、鸡脂肪和鸭肉在25~600μg/kg添加浓度范围内,回收率为74.9%~101%,批内RSD在1.9%~10.7%之间,批间RSD在1.2%~7.1%之间。结果表明,本方法能满足动物性食品中环丙氨嗪测定的需要。

A high - performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of cyromazine in poultry and sheep tissues was optimized and validated. The tissues were extracted by trichloroacetie acid/ acetonitrile, and a solid -phase extraction (MCX) was followed, finally, the eluate was assayed by HPLC. The results showed that the limit of detection (LOD) was 10 Ixg/kg, and the limit of quantitation (LOQ) was 25 ixg/kg. Recoveries of cyromazine in different sheep tissues were between 74.4% and 107% , when its additive concentrations were between 25 and 600 μg/kg, the coefficient of variation (CV) for within - run assays were between 0.9% and 11.9% and CV for between-run assays were between 0.3% and 11.1%. Meanwhile, the recoveries of cyromazine in poultry different tissues were between 74. 9% and 101%, when its additive concentrations were between 25 and 600 Ixg/kg, the CV for within - run assays and between - run assays were between 1.9% and 10.7% and between 1.2% and 7.1% respectively. It was concluded that this method was simple, sensitive and reliable for food safety.
