针对模块装药膛内滞留的热安全性问题,给出了模块盒受热的简化模型,并给出了理想状况下的解析结果,得到了模块盒在膛内滞留受热期间的温度响应.分析了不同射击工况下身管温度的响应特征,考察了射击工况及环境温度对模块盒温升过程的影响.结果表明,射击工况对模块盒温升影响显著,温升差别高达30℃左右,而环境温度影响甚微.结果还表明,身管报警装置对确保模块装药的热安全性有着至关重要的影响.
針對模塊裝藥膛內滯留的熱安全性問題,給齣瞭模塊盒受熱的簡化模型,併給齣瞭理想狀況下的解析結果,得到瞭模塊盒在膛內滯留受熱期間的溫度響應.分析瞭不同射擊工況下身管溫度的響應特徵,攷察瞭射擊工況及環境溫度對模塊盒溫升過程的影響.結果錶明,射擊工況對模塊盒溫升影響顯著,溫升差彆高達30℃左右,而環境溫度影響甚微.結果還錶明,身管報警裝置對確保模塊裝藥的熱安全性有著至關重要的影響.

Aiming at the thermal safety of modular charge in the heated tube, the simplified heating model of the modular case was established. The solution under ideal conditions was analyzed. The temperature response characteristics of modular case heated in tube were obtained. Based on the heating mechanism, the temperature response characteristics of gun tube under different firing conditions were analyzed, and the influences of firing conditions and environmental temperature on the modular case in the course of temperature rising were simulated. The results show that the effect of firing conditions on temperature rising of modular case is obvious, and the error of rising temperature of modular case among different firing conditions is about 30 ℃, and environmental temperature has little effect. The results also show that the alert device of gun tube is essential to ensure the thermal safety of modular charge
