针对无水砂层的特点,从土压平衡盾构机选型、渣土改良、刀盘开口率大小及能否顺利建立土压平衡几个方面进行了试验、分析和研究,确定了渣土改良的配比和合理掺量,并结合工程实际进行了验证和完善,使盾构机安全顺利地通过该地层并且取得了一定的经济效益,从而解决了盾构机穿越无水砂层的难题,可为今后施工类似地层提供经验。
針對無水砂層的特點,從土壓平衡盾構機選型、渣土改良、刀盤開口率大小及能否順利建立土壓平衡幾箇方麵進行瞭試驗、分析和研究,確定瞭渣土改良的配比和閤理摻量,併結閤工程實際進行瞭驗證和完善,使盾構機安全順利地通過該地層併且取得瞭一定的經濟效益,從而解決瞭盾構機穿越無水砂層的難題,可為今後施工類似地層提供經驗。

In this paper,in light of the characteristics of anhydrous sand stratum,some tests,analysis and researches have been made in such aspects as the EPBM type selection,muck improvement,appropriate cutter head opening rate size,and the earth pressure balance can be established successfully or not,etc.Then the proportion and the rational added quantity of the muck improvement are determined,and have been tested and perfected to enable the shield construction machine move through the strata in a safe and smooth way and obtain certain economic benefits.Thus it solves the problem of the shield construction machine moving through the anhydrous sand stratum,provides reference for similar stratum construction.
