研究了炭添加剂种类(乙炔黑、炭黑及活性炭)和添加量(0.2%~0.8%)对铅酸电池负极板性能的影响。通过循环伏安、交流阻抗和计时电流对电化学性能进行分析。添加0.5%乙炔黑的负极板,电极反应电流和可逆性增强;随着炭黑添加量的增大,可逆性变差,添加量不宜超过0.4%;活性炭的添加量不应超过0.6%。

Effects of carbon additives(acetylene black,carbon black and active carbon)and adding amounts(0.2%~0.8%)on performance of lead-acid battery negative plate were studied. The electrochemical performance was analyzed by cyclic voltammetry, A.C. impedance and chronoamperometry. The negative plate with 0.5% acetylene black could enhance the reactive current and reversibility,whereas with more carbon black the plate had worse reversibility,so it was the best when it was added up to 0.4%,the negative plate had batter performance with active carbon no more than 0.6%.
