Eucalyptus urophylla ×E .grandis%constituents%isolation and identification
运用多种色谱手段分离纯化尾巨桉的化学成分,并通过波谱法对分离到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果表明:从尾巨桉叶和根中分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为鞣花酸(ellagic acid,1)、3-O-甲基并没食子酸(3-O-methylellagic acid,2)、3,3′-O-二甲基鞣花酸(3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acid,3)、3-O-甲基鞣花酸4′-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(3-O-methylellagic acid 4′-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside,4)、反式对羟基肉桂酸((E )-p-hydroxy-cinnamic acid,5)。其中,化合物2~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
運用多種色譜手段分離純化尾巨桉的化學成分,併通過波譜法對分離到的化閤物進行結構鑒定。結果錶明:從尾巨桉葉和根中分離併鑒定瞭5箇化閤物,分彆為鞣花痠(ellagic acid,1)、3-O-甲基併沒食子痠(3-O-methylellagic acid,2)、3,3′-O-二甲基鞣花痠(3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acid,3)、3-O-甲基鞣花痠4′-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(3-O-methylellagic acid 4′-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside,4)、反式對羥基肉桂痠((E )-p-hydroxy-cinnamic acid,5)。其中,化閤物2~5為首次從該植物中分離得到。
운용다충색보수단분리순화미거안적화학성분,병통과파보법대분리도적화합물진행결구감정。결과표명:종미거안협화근중분리병감정료5개화합물,분별위유화산(ellagic acid,1)、3-O-갑기병몰식자산(3-O-methylellagic acid,2)、3,3′-O-이갑기유화산(3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acid,3)、3-O-갑기유화산4′-O-α-L-필남서리당감(3-O-methylellagic acid 4′-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside,4)、반식대간기육계산((E )-p-hydroxy-cinnamic acid,5)。기중,화합물2~5위수차종해식물중분리득도。
The chemical components of Eucalyptus urophylla ×E .grandis were isolated and purified by various col-umn chromatographies and their structures were identified by spectral analysis.Finally,five compounds were isolated and identified as Ellagic acid(1),3-O-methylellagic acid(2),3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acid(3),3-O-methylellagic acid 4′-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(4),(E )-p-hydroxycinnamic acid(5).Compounds 2-5 were isolated from E .urophyl-la ×E .grandis for the first time.
