目的：探讨围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况。方法设计调查表，对本院2010~2012年围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况进行分析。结果全部患者中有53.64%术前使用抗菌药物，术后100.00%使用抗菌药物。抗菌药物使用率最多的为二代头孢菌素，其次为林可霉素类。结论合理规范的使用抗菌药物、缩短抗菌药物使用时间至关重要。

목적：탐토위수술기항균약물적사용정황。방법설계조사표，대본원2010~2012년위수술기항균약물적사용정황진행분석。결과전부환자중유53.64%술전사용항균약물，술후100.00%사용항균약물。항균약물사용솔최다적위이대두포균소，기차위림가매소류。결론합리규범적사용항균약물、축단항균약물사용시간지관중요。
Objective To explore the usage of antibacterial agents in perioperative period. Methods The questionnaire was designed for the analysis of usage of antibacterial agents in perioperative period in our hospital during 2010~2012. Results Preoperative antibacterial agents was given to 53.64%of the patients, and 100.00%of the patients took postoperative antibacterial agents. The second generation cephalosporins was the most used antibacterial agents, and lincomycin was the next. Conclusion The reasonable and normative use of antibacterial agents is important for shortening the duration of antibacterial agents.
