为全面掌握裂纹对弧齿锥齿轮传动系统振动特性影响,用Pro/E软件建立了无裂纹和含裂纹弧齿锥齿轮完整的三维接触模型,并基于有限元分析软件ANSYS对模型进行了仿真模拟与数值计算,得到了啮合刚度的变化规律。借助置于转子上弧齿锥齿轮传动系统8自由度动力学模型,建立了非线性振动方程并使用MATLAB软件的ode45()函数对其求解,得到了无裂纹和有裂纹两种状态下的系统振动响应。发现裂纹不仅对弧齿锥齿轮传动系统振动大小有影响,而且对系统振动的形式也有影响,甚至会导致系统产生拟周期振动和混沌振动,使系统的有序性降低,工作性能变差。从而得出可以根据振动特性的变化来对弧齿锥齿轮结构的损伤进行故障诊断的结论。

In order to study the effect of crack on vibration characteristics of a spiral bevel gear transmission system,A three-dimensional contact model of a pair of spiral bevel gears with and without crack was respectively established by Pro/E software.Based on ANSYS software,the mesh stiffnesses with and without crack were calculated and compared.A dynamic model with 8-DOF for a pair of spiral bevel gears placed on rotors was developed.The dynamic differential equations of the model were solved using the function ode45 in MATLAB software,the dynamic responses with and without crack were computed.The results showed that the crack affects the dynamic response characteristics of the spiral bevel gear transmission system including vibration amplitude and motion form;the crack even leads to quasi-period and chaotic motions in some cases,and causes the orderliness of the system to decrease and the working performance to become worse;the structural damage of a spiral bevel gear system can be diagnosed according to the variation of its dynamic characteristics.
