目的：：探讨重复经颅磁刺激治疗对抑郁症患者的心理干预。方法：随机抽取50例抑郁症患者,均符合 CCMD-3精神疾病诊断标准,其中男性30例,女性20例。在患者接受治疗前均存在不同的抑郁症状,其中大多患者对经颅磁刺激治疗缺少了解,不愿治疗,治疗前往往紧张、害怕、恐惧,甚至排斥,在经颅磁刺激治疗前均给予心理治疗。结果：全部患者精神症状有较明显的改善或消失。有效率达到100%,临床效果显著。结论：通过积极正确的心理干预,50例抑郁症患者均能较好的配合经颅磁刺激仪的治疗。
목적：：탐토중복경로자자격치료대억욱증환자적심리간예。방법：수궤추취50례억욱증환자,균부합 CCMD-3정신질병진단표준,기중남성30례,녀성20례。재환자접수치료전균존재불동적억욱증상,기중대다환자대경로자자격치료결소료해,불원치료,치료전왕왕긴장、해파、공구,심지배척,재경로자자격치료전균급여심리치료。결과：전부환자정신증상유교명현적개선혹소실。유효솔체도100%,림상효과현저。결론：통과적겁정학적심리간예,50례억욱증환자균능교호적배합경로자자격의적치료。
Objective:To investigate effects of psychological intervention on patients with depression before receiving repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulations (rTMs). Methods:50 patients with depression (30 male patients, 20 female patients) were ran-domly chosen, whose symptoms were in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for depression of CCMD-3. These patients were ignorant of rTMs before being treated with the psychotherapy. They displayed bad moods such nerves, fear and panic. So they did not cooperate with the doctor when they were treated with rTMs, and even rejected. Therefore, they should be given the psychotherapy before receiv-ing rTMs. Results: The psychiatric symptoms of all the patients were significantly improved or disappeared. The effective rate reached to 100% . The clinical effects of the psychological intervention were highly significant. Conclusions: The patients treated with psycho-therapy can cooperate well with the doctor when they are treated with rTMs.
