目的：分析临床分离的多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(MDR-AB)中仅对黏菌素和碳青霉烯类敏感鲍曼不动杆菌(CCOS-AB)菌株的同源性，为控制其流行暴发提供实验数据。方法收集并分析武汉市第一医院2012年1月至2013年12月临床分离的CCOS-AB菌株25株，采用琼脂稀释法测定其耐药性，随机引物多态性DNA扩增(RAPD)和琼脂凝胶电泳分析CCOS-AB菌株的同源性。结果电泳结果显示，25株CCOS-AB菌株分为12个克隆株，A型克隆包括2株，B型克隆包括5株，C型克隆包括6株，D型克隆包括2株，E型克隆包括3株，F、G、H、I、J、K、L型克隆各1株。结论该院2012-2013年期间CCOS-AB存在5型克隆株的院内流行，临床应加强院内感染控制。

Objective To analyze the homology of clinical isolated CCOS-AB (colistin-carbapenem-on-ly-sensitive Acinetobacter baumannii) strains, and provide experimental data for controlling the epidemic outbreak. Methods We collected and analyzed CCOS-AB strains isolated from the First Hospital of Wuhan during January 2012 to December 2013. Resistance was determined by agar dilution method, random primers amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and agarose gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the homology of CCOS-AB. Results 25 CCOS-AB strains were divided into 12 clones. There were two strains in A-type , 5 strains in B-type, 6 strains in C-type, 2 strains in D-type, 3 strains in E-type, and 1 strain in each type of F, G, H, I, J, K and L. Conclusion Five type clones of CCOS-AB are widespread in 2012 and 2013. It should be strengthened in the hospital infection control.
