对某农用三轮摩托车车架的梁单元模型进行了强度、刚度和模态分析。在此基础上,以车架在极限工况下的强度、刚度和质量为约束条件,以主要梁管的截面尺寸为设计变量,以车架的第1阶固有模态频率为目标函数,建立了结构优化数学模型,并通过计算获得了最佳的结构截面尺寸参数,使车架在满足强度和刚度使用要求且不增加质量的前提下,提高了第1阶固有频率,改善了农用三轮摩托车的振动特性,从而为其车架结构的改进提供了理论依据。

The bar finite element model of the three-wheeled motorcycle frame was built,then,the strength,stiffness and free modal were analyzed.Meanwhile,the mathematic model for structural optimization was established with the strength,stiffness and weight as constraints,sectional dimension of bars as design variable,the first natural frequency as the obj ective.Then the suitable structural parameters were obtained,and the first natural frequency and vibration of the frame were improved based on needing the constraints.Thus it will provide the theoretic guidance for structural designing.
