市政道路沥青路面的建设质量和很多方面有紧密联系，包括设计、施工、审批等等环节。本文基于这一现状，从设计、施工两个方面，分析了当前市政道路沥青路面建设的主要问题，从相关方面提出了具体、有可行性的对策和举措。

Municipal road asphalt roadbed construction qua-lity is closely associated, and many aspects including design, construction, examination and approval, and so on. In this article, the author bases on the current situation, analyzes the main problems of the construction of the urban road asphalt pavement from two aspects of design and construction, and puts forward the concrete, feasible countermeasures and meas-ures from the relevant aspects.
