目的：探讨团体心理治疗对农村留守儿童自我意识及自尊水平的影响。方法对145名农村留守儿童（研究组）及75名农村非留守儿童（对照组）采用 Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表、儿童自尊量表进行测评分析，对研究组予以团体心理治疗，于治疗12周末再次测评。结果研究组治疗前各量表评显著低于对照组（ P＜0．05或0．01），行为问题检出率显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）；治疗后各量表评分均较治疗前显著升高（P＜0．05或0．01），行为问题检出率与对照组比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论留守儿童自我意识、自尊水平较低，团体心理治疗能明显提高留守儿童的自我意识、自尊水平，减少行为问题的发生。
목적：탐토단체심리치료대농촌류수인동자아의식급자존수평적영향。방법대145명농촌류수인동（연구조）급75명농촌비류수인동（대조조）채용 Piers-Harris인동자아의식량표、인동자존량표진행측평분석，대연구조여이단체심리치료，우치료12주말재차측평。결과연구조치료전각량표평현저저우대조조（ P＜0．05혹0．01），행위문제검출솔현저고우대조조（P＜0．05）；치료후각량표평분균교치료전현저승고（P＜0．05혹0．01），행위문제검출솔여대조조비교차이무현저성（P＞0．05）。결론류수인동자아의식、자존수평교저，단체심리치료능명현제고류수인동적자아의식、자존수평，감소행위문제적발생。
Objective To investigate the influence of group psychotcherapy on self-concept and self-esteem of rural rear children .Methods Assessments were conducted with the Piers-Harris Children's Self-Con-cept Scale (CSCS) and Children Self-Esteem Inventory (CSEI) in 145 rural rear children (research group) and 75 non-rear ones (control group) ,group psychotcherapy was given to research group ,and assessments conducted again at the end of the 12th week .Results All scale scores were significantly lower (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) and detection rates of behavior problems higher (P< 0 .05) in research than control group before treatment ;after treatment all sacle scores heightened more significantly compared with pretreatment (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) ,there were no significant group differences in detection rate of behavior problems ( P>0 .05) .Conclusion Rear children have lower self-concep and self-esteem level ,psychotcherapy could nota-bly improving their self-concep and self-esteem level ,and reduce the development of behavior problems .
