为提高可靠性,研制一种同时具备大长度、小直径、高强度和高柔韧性的新型航空拖缆。在以往研究的基础上,开展空气动力仿真分析,介绍新型拖缆的材料选取、加工工艺工程,并进行地面模拟测试和实际飞行验证,给出2种拖缆抗拉强度指标对比表和放出长度与张力关系图。结果表明:新型航空拖缆的技术性能达到规定要求,满足用户使用条件,其设计、生产和测试过程合理、可行。

In order to enhance the reliability, a new type at the same time with large length, small diameter, high strength and high toughness towing cable is manufactured. On the basis of previous studies, to carry out air dynamic simulation analysis, introduces the material selection, process engineering, test in ground and validation in aviation, gives 2 kinds of towing cable tensile strength comparison table and the diagram between length and tension. The results show that its technical performance requirement satisfies the user operation conditions, and the design, production and testing process is reasonable and feasible.
