∶小型水电站主变保护动作后,因电气一次主接线形式简单及保护配置不满足选择性的要求,导致主变低压侧6 kV母线失压,使该母线所带重要负荷停电。通过对该水电站电气一次主接线形式及一、二次设备现状的分析探讨,提出改变电气一次主接线形式、增加主变低压侧开关,以及完善继电保护和安全自动装置配置等几种经济可行、符合实际、可保证6 kV母线安全供电的改造方案,并对方案实施可能存在的问题进行分析,以提高用户的供电可靠性。

After protection action of main transformer of a small hydropower station, an important load on 6kV busbar of main transformer low voltage side was dropped out of power due to the no-voltage failure of the busbar resulting from the simple electrical main wiring form and the unsatisfactory selectivity of protection configuration. A serial of e-conomic and practical improvement schemes, such as changing of electrical main wiring form, increasing switches at the main transformer low voltage side as well as improving the configuration of relay protection and automatic safety device, were proposed through the analysis on the electrical main wiring form as well as the status of primary and sec-ondary equipments. Besides, the possible problems in implementation of these schemes were also analyzed to improve the power supply reliability.
