建立了电镀废水中氰化物的离子色谱-电化学检测器检测方法。调节样品pH值至12~13之间,经前处理后进样,保留时间定性,峰面积定量,结果表明该方法对CN-的检出限为1μg/L,在1~40 mg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999958, CN-的加标回收率在95%~110%之间,相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)为5.71%,该方法可用于测定废水中氰化物的含量。

A method was presented to determine cyanide in plating waste water based on ion chromatography with electrochemical detector.By adjusting the pH of the sample 12 ~13, the retention time qualitative , quantitative peak area, the results showed that the detection limit was 1 μg/L, its had a good linear relationship in the 1 ~40 mg/L concentration range , the correlation coefficient was 0.999 958 , and the recovery rate of CN -was 95%~110%.This method good stability , 6 experimental results of the relative standard deviation RSD was 5.71%, and the method can be used for the content determination of cyanide in plating waste water.
