通过对汕头市2006-2013年空气污染指数和污染物浓度进行统计分析，以图表形式直观展示空气环境质量的年际、月际、日际变化情况。结果显示：汕头市空气质量状况逐年转好，但2013年有上升趋势。并分析了污染物特征和原因，最后提出建议，以期改善环境空气质量。

After statistical analysis to Air Pollution Index ( API) and the concentration of pollutants of shantou City from 2006-2013 , the variations of air quality of the environment was tested by yearly , monthly , daily and inter-district through a chart.The results showed that the Shantou air quality was turning better gradually , in 2013, with a rising trend especially .The pollution characteristics and causes were analyzed and some countermeasures were put forward to improve the local environmental air quality .
