通过对大豆进行叶面喷施硒蛋氨酸的盆栽试验,发现能明显提高大豆籽粒硒水平,籽粒富集Se的能力约是对照的6倍,不同器官富集Se的规律为:叶>粒>茎>壳,而其产量没有发生明显变化。大豆叶片吸收Cd, Pb的能力最强,其中叶片Cd含量为0.30~0.90 mg/kg, Pb含量为1.0~1.9 mg/kg,叶片Pb含量是籽粒的42~98倍。大豆植株里的Se对籽粒、壳、叶、茎等各器官吸收Cd、 Pb均表现出拮抗作用,对Cd的拮抗作用较强,对Pb的拮抗作用较弱。

통과대대두진행협면분시서단안산적분재시험,발현능명현제고대두자립서수평,자립부집Se적능력약시대조적6배,불동기관부집Se적규률위:협>립>경>각,이기산량몰유발생명현변화。대두협편흡수Cd, Pb적능력최강,기중협편Cd함량위0.30~0.90 mg/kg, Pb함량위1.0~1.9 mg/kg,협편Pb함량시자립적42~98배。대두식주리적Se대자립、각、협、경등각기관흡수Cd、 Pb균표현출길항작용,대Cd적길항작용교강,대Pb적길항작용교약。
By Spraying Selenium methionine on leaves of Soybeana and analysising Se , Cd, Pb content in different organs of soybean , It found that foliar application of Se can significantly improve Se level in grain , which was about 6 times of the seed with no spraying Se.Se-rich laws of different organs was leaf >grain>stem>shell, however the yield of soybean seed had no obvious diversification.Whether spraying se or no , the strongest ability of absorbing Cd , Pb was blades.Cd content of leaves was 0.30~0.90 mg/kg and Pb was 1.0~1.9 mg/kg.It was surprised that Pb content in leaves were 42 to 98 times of grain.Se showed antagonism on Cd and Pb in soybean seed , shell, leaf, as well as stem.The ability of antagonism on Cd was stronger than that of Pb.
