以基质中不添加矮壮素的处理作为对照(CK),对甘蓝幼苗株高、茎粗、下胚轴长、SPAD值和植株生物量等生长指标进行测定,分析基质中添加不同浓度矮壮素对甘蓝幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,矮壮素浓度为2.5 mg/kg处理下培育的甘蓝株高、下胚轴长均有显著降低,甘蓝幼苗茎粗随着基质中矮壮素浓度的增高而增加,下胚轴长随着浓度的增高而降低,从幼苗的各项生长指标得出,基质中添加矮壮素浓度为2.5 mg/kg的处理能有效地提高甘蓝幼苗的壮苗指数,有效抑制在温室穴盘育苗的条件下高温高湿环境造成的幼苗徒长,达到培育壮苗的目的,从而大大满足工厂化育苗培育壮苗的需要。

Taking no cycocel adding substrate as control treatment, we analyzed the effects of adding different concentrations of cycocel in substrate on the growth of cabbage seedlings, by determining plant height, stem diameter, hypocotyl length, SPAD value and plant biomass of cabbage seedlings respectively. The results showed that, being cultivated on the substrate with the cycocel concentration of 2.5 mg/kg, the plant height and hypocotyl length of cabbage seedlings were significantly reduced. As the concentration of cycocel increased, the stem diameter was increased but the hypocotyl length was decreased. Comprehensively speaking, the substrate treatment with 2.5 mg/kg cycocel could improve sound seedling index and control overgrowth of cabbage seedlings which were cultivated in hole tray under hot and humid environment in greenhouse, thus could greatly satisfy the needs of breeding sound seedlings in factory.
