将共沉淀反应与高温固相烧结相结合制备富锂层状正极材料Li[Li0.17 Ni0.17 Co0.10 Mn0.56]O2。用XRD、SEM、充放电和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等方法研究烧结温度对产物电化学性能的影响。在850℃下烧结得到的材料,循环性能和倍率性能良好。以0.05 C(1.00 C=250 mA/g)的电流在2.0~4.6 V放电,样品电池的首次放电比容量可达260.5 mAh/g。

Li-rich layered oxide material Li[Li0.17 Ni0.17 Co0.10 Mn0.56 ]O2 was prepared by the combining of co-precipitation process and high temperature solid state sintering. Effects of sintering temperature on electrochemical performance of products were investi-gated by XRD,SEM,charge-discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)methods. The material sintered at 850 ℃had fine cycle performance and rate performance,when charged-discharged in 2.0~4.6 V with 0.05 C(1.00 C=250 mA/g),the initial specific discharge capacity of sample cell was 260.5 mAh/g.
