针对自增湿阴极开放式质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC),提出采用半导体制冷片作为温度控制装置的方案。研究半导体制冷片的工作电压对于温度控制动态响应特性的影响,验证该控制方案的可行性。指出了燃料电池测试中采样频率设置的原则,提出采用双输入双输出模糊控制器,结合脉宽调制技术和电压控制的控制方法,改善控制效果。

A method of using thermoelectric cooler as temperature control component was developed for the temperature control ad-justment on an open-cathode proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC). A study on the temperature control was conducted to verify the feasibility of the method through analyzing the dynamic response characteristic impact of the voltage set onto the thermoe-lectric. The principle of sampling frequency setting during the fuel cell testing was pointed out. In order to improve the controller, a method combining pulse-width modulation(PWM)technique and voltage control with a two-input two-output fuzzy controller was given.
