氨基酸类手性固定相由于其广泛的来源和较高的拆分能力,在手性拆分中得到广泛应用。本文首先对现有氨基酸类手性固定相进行了归纳和分型,进而简要介绍了各型手性固定相的化学结构、性能及其优缺点。并对其应用和发展前景进行了展望。
氨基痠類手性固定相由于其廣汎的來源和較高的拆分能力,在手性拆分中得到廣汎應用。本文首先對現有氨基痠類手性固定相進行瞭歸納和分型,進而簡要介紹瞭各型手性固定相的化學結構、性能及其優缺點。併對其應用和髮展前景進行瞭展望。

Chiral stationary phases of Amino acids due to its wide range of sources and high separation ability has been widely used in chiral separation. In this paper, firstly, the chiral stationary phases of the existing amino acids were summarized and typed, and then the chemical structure, performance, advantages and disadvantages of various types of chiral stationary phases of amino acids were described briefly. The trends of the developing and application of chiral stationary phases of Amino acids are also proposed.
