The original soft water system of Laiwu Steel had the shortcomings of needing heavy manual labour to dissolve salts, no front filters and no online chemical detectors, etc. So a technical upgrading was carried out, which achieved technical optimization effects such as one-key salt dissolution and automatic control of exchanger operation.
