某电热公司125 MW机组锅炉送风机出力不足,运行时风机挡板全开不能满足锅炉燃烧风量要求。通过现场进行风机性能测试、理论计算及原因分析,确定出风道系统阻力过大是主要影响因素。针对存在的问题,制定了拆除二次风总门、增大二次风道通流截面、平衡调配四角风压等可行的技术改造方案,最终解决了锅炉送风风量不足的问题,机组经济性相应得到了提高。

The boiler blast fan of a 125MW power unit at a electric thermal power plant cannot satisfy the demand of boiler combustion even with the fan baffle plate fully open. Through on-site performance test, theoretical calculation and reason analysis it was decided that too much resistance in the air duct system had been the main cause of the problem. Feasible technical transformation program was drawn up, including removing the main throttle of secondary duct, increasing the blast section of secondary duct and balancing the blast pressure at four corners, which solved the problem of insufficient air blast for the boiler and improved the economic performance of the power unit.
