目的:探讨护理人员依恋类型与职业倦怠的相关性。方法:采用亲密关系经历量表(ECR)、关系问卷(RQ)及Maslach职业倦怠量表,对西安市2家三级医院的185名护理人员进行调查。结果:本组护理人员四种依恋类型比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);依恋类型与职业倦怠各维度在职称上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);依恋回避和依恋焦虑评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);依恋焦虑对职业倦怠各维度具有显著预测作用(P<0.05);依恋回避对玩世不恭有显著预测作用(P<0.01)。结论:护理人员的依恋类型对职业倦怠有一定的预测作用,医院管理者应切实关心临床一线护理人员的心理健康,给予更多的人文关怀和社会支持,以有效缓解工作生活压力,降低职业倦怠度。

Objective:To study the correlation between attachment styles and job burnout of nursing staff .Methods:The ECR,RQ and Maslach job burnout scale were used to investigate 185 nurses of 2 hospitals at the level of grade Ⅲin Xi'an city.Results:The difference in the comparison of the four different attachment types of nursing staff was statistically significant in this group (P<0.01);the comparison of attachment types with each dimension of job burnout in professional title was significantly different ( P<0.01);the comparison of the score of attachment avoidance with the score of attachment anxiety was significantly different (P<0.05);attachment anxiety had significant pre-diction effect on each dimension of job burnout (P<0.05);attachment avoidance had significant effect on cynicism (P<0.01).Conclu-sion:The attachment type is a predictor of job burnout ,hospital managers should pay much attention to mental health of clinical nursing staff and give them more humanistic care and social support so as to effectively alleviate the pressure of their work and life and reduce the degree of job burnout .
