目的：研究吴茱萸碱对涎腺腺样囊性癌 ACC-M 细胞侵袭的影响。方法用终浓度为0、0．01、0．1、1、10、100μg/ml 的吴茱萸碱处理 ACC-M 细胞2、4、6、8、10 h 后，应用 transwell 小室侵袭实验检测和观察 ACC-M 细胞的侵袭抑制情况。结果吴茱萸碱处理组较对照组穿过上室底面膜的细胞数少，细胞数随浓度增大，时间增长基本呈递减趋势，侵袭抑制率随浓度的增大而增大，随时间的增长而增大，侵袭抑制率最高可达59．99％。结论吴茱萸碱可以抑制涎腺腺样囊性癌 ACC-M 细胞侵袭。
목적：연구오수유감대연선선양낭성암 ACC-M 세포침습적영향。방법용종농도위0、0．01、0．1、1、10、100μg/ml 적오수유감처리 ACC-M 세포2、4、6、8、10 h 후，응용 transwell 소실침습실험검측화관찰 ACC-M 세포적침습억제정황。결과오수유감처리조교대조조천과상실저면막적세포수소，세포수수농도증대，시간증장기본정체감추세，침습억제솔수농도적증대이증대，수시간적증장이증대，침습억제솔최고가체59．99％。결론오수유감가이억제연선선양낭성암 ACC-M 세포침습。
Objective To investigate the effects of evodiamine on the invasive behaviors of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma ACC-M cells.Methods ACC-M cells were treated with evodiamine at 0,0.01,0.1,1,10,100μg/ml for 2h,4h, 6h,8h,10h,respectively,then transwell invasion assay was used to examine the inhibition invasion condition of ACC -M cells. Results As compared with that in control group ,the number of the cell though the upper chamber in the evodiamine -treatment group was decreased.The cells'number showed a gradual decreasing trend with concentration increasing and time prolonging . The invasion inhibition rate was increased with the increasing of drug concentration and action time .The highest invasion inhibition rate was 59.99%.There was a significant difference in number of the cell though the upper chamber among different concentration groups ( P <0.05).Conclusion Evodiamine is able to inhibit the invasion of ACC -M cells.
