由于反应精馏过程将反应与分离过程耦合在同一塔内,给系统的平稳操作与动态控制提出更高要求。本文以醋酸甲酯反应体系为例,在反应精馏稳态结构和参数设计基础上,通过不同种变量配对模式,分别设计2种类型的多变量控制结构。并在上述2种模拟结构的进料流率、进料组分和加热量操作变量中引入不同方向的扰动,对比2种结构闭环动态响应性能。动态模拟结果表明采用进料流量塔顶成分变比值控制与灵敏板温度再沸器加热量控制的配对模式(CS2控制结构),系统能够更好地克服外界扰动,具有很好鲁棒性。

Reactive distillation couples the reaction and separation in a single unit, which makes higher requirement for a smooth operation and dynamic control. It takes methyl acetate reaction system as an example in this article. By different variable pairing mode, it respectively designs two types of multivariable control structure, which based on steady-state structure and parametric design. Disturbance will be brought from different directions under the variety of feed flow rate, feed composition and heat operation of these two simulated structures, of which is to compare the closed loop dynamic response. It shows that CS2 is a better pairing structure mode, which is feed flow variable ratio control with quality of column top component and the tower kettle control with sensitive plate temperature. By it, the system can overcome the external disturbance more easily and has good robustness.
