Several malfunction modes in heat control procedure were introduced. The malfunction modes included three main kinds,such as the malfunction of multilayer insulation blankets, the invalid of nylon fibula, the failure of electric heater and so on. The reasons for the malfunctions and the methods of solving malfunction were analyzed. By the means of analysing the data of shear test, the stickup techniques of nylon fibula were summarized.
