目的：评价驱白巴布期片联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风的疗效及安全性。方法240例白癜风患者随机分成3组，试验组给予驱白巴布期片口服，联合0.1%他克莫司软膏外用，对照组1给予驱白巴布期片口服，对照组2给予0.1%他克莫司软膏外用，3个月和6个月后评价疗效及安全性。结果治疗3个月和6个月后试验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），对照组1与对照组2有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。3组患者均以面部疗效最好，躯干次之，四肢疗效最差。患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论驱白巴布期片联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风疗效好，不良反应少。
목적：평개구백파포기편연합타극막사연고치료백전풍적료효급안전성。방법240례백전풍환자수궤분성3조，시험조급여구백파포기편구복，연합0.1%타극막사연고외용，대조조1급여구백파포기편구복，대조조2급여0.1%타극막사연고외용，3개월화6개월후평개료효급안전성。결과치료3개월화6개월후시험조여대조조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），대조조1여대조조2유효솔비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。3조환자균이면부료효최호，구간차지，사지료효최차。환자균미출현엄중불량반응。결론구백파포기편연합타극막사연고치료백전풍료효호，불량반응소。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect and security of qubai babuqi tablets combined with the tacrolimus ointment in treating vitiligo. Methods A total of 240 patients were randomly divided into three groups, including one treatment group and two controls. The treatment group was treated with qubai babuqi tablets combined with topical tacrolimus ointment 0.1%, and the two control groups were given qubai babuqi tablets and tacrolimus ointment 0.1% respectively. The observation continued for 6 months, and the curative effect and security were evaluated at month 3 and 6. Results Efifcacy of the treatment group evaluated at 3 and 6 month were signiifcantly better than that of the two control groups (P<0.05). The reactivity of vitiligo lesions located in face and trunk was superior to that in the extremities. No serious adverse events occured in all the three groups. Conclusion The combined application of qubai babuqi tablets and topical tacrolimus ointment is an effective and safe proposal for vitiligo.
