目的：探讨切开引流加挂线术治疗坐骨直肠窝脓肿的临床疗效。方法对2012年8月~2013年8月本院肛肠科收治并实施手术治疗的60例坐骨直肠窝脓肿患者疗效进行回顾性分析，总结切开引流加挂线术的临床效果。结果60例均一次性治愈，无肛门失禁，无并发肛瘘。结论本术式能够一次性根治坐骨直肠窝脓肿，安全有效。
목적：탐토절개인류가괘선술치료좌골직장와농종적림상료효。방법대2012년8월~2013년8월본원항장과수치병실시수술치료적60례좌골직장와농종환자료효진행회고성분석，총결절개인류가괘선술적림상효과。결과60례균일차성치유，무항문실금，무병발항루。결론본술식능구일차성근치좌골직장와농종，안전유효。
Objective To explore clinical efficacy of ischiorectal abscess treated by incision and drainage and thread-drawing therapy. Methods A retrospective study of ischiorectal abscess treated by incision and drainage and thread-drawing therapy in 60 cases, from Aug 2012 to Aug 2013. Results All of the 60 cases were cured at one time, no fecal incontinence or postoperative anal fistula in the following half year. Conclusion This operation can cure ischiorectal abscess at one time with safety and efficacy.
