当前我国职业选择日趋多元化，学生就业压力普遍偏大，教师对学生的职业指导作用越来越重要，前所未有的就业压力对职业指导教师的职业素养提出了更高的要求。旨在社会主义核心价值体系视域下，针对教师的职业素养现状，结合自身工作实际，探讨学校从事职业指导工作的教师应具备的职业素养并提出改进对策。

With the diversity of profession choice at present in our country , more pressure has been placed on university gradu-ates’ employment.Teachers have been playing an important role in offering advice on profession choices .In accordance with the current situation of teachers ’ qualities and working experiences , the article is to discuss the basic qualities a professional adviser should have .
