目的:研究性激素、β-内啡肽在绝经后女性心脏X综合征(CSX)患者中的关系。方法选取绝经后女性CSX的患者55例及健康无症状绝经后女性57名。所有入选者应用ELISA法测定性激素[包括雌二醇、孕酮、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮]和β-内啡肽水平。结果与对照组相比,CSX患者血清雌二醇及血浆β-内啡肽水平均显著减低(P<0.05);血清FSH、LH浓度明显升高(P<0.05);雌二醇/睾酮比值明显降低(P<0.05);孕酮、睾酮有升高趋势,但两组比较差异无统计学意义。线性相关分析显示,CSX患者血清雌二醇与β-内啡肽呈正相关(P<0.05);LH与β-内啡肽呈负相关(P<0.05);雌二醇/睾酮比值、FSH与β-内啡肽均无明显相关性。多元线性回归显示,雌二醇、LH与β-内啡肽密切相关(P<0.05)。结论绝经后女性CSX患者雌激素缺乏引起LH升高,可能通过抑制β-内啡肽的释放,导致其疼痛敏感性增高。

목적:연구성격소、β-내배태재절경후녀성심장X종합정(CSX)환자중적관계。방법선취절경후녀성CSX적환자55례급건강무증상절경후녀성57명。소유입선자응용ELISA법측정성격소[포괄자이순、잉동、촉황체생성소(LH)、촉란포자격소(FSH)、고동]화β-내배태수평。결과여대조조상비,CSX환자혈청자이순급혈장β-내배태수평균현저감저(P<0.05);혈청FSH、LH농도명현승고(P<0.05);자이순/고동비치명현강저(P<0.05);잉동、고동유승고추세,단량조비교차이무통계학의의。선성상관분석현시,CSX환자혈청자이순여β-내배태정정상관(P<0.05);LH여β-내배태정부상관(P<0.05);자이순/고동비치、FSH여β-내배태균무명현상관성。다원선성회귀현시,자이순、LH여β-내배태밀절상관(P<0.05)。결론절경후녀성CSX환자자격소결핍인기LH승고,가능통과억제β-내배태적석방,도치기동통민감성증고。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum sex hormones and β-endorphin in postmenopausal women with cardiac syndrome X (CSX). Methods Fifty five postmenopausal women with cardiac syndrome X and 57 healthy women were enrolled in this study. ELISA was used to measure the serum levels of sex hormones [estradiol,progesterone,follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH)and testosterone]and β-endorphin (β-EP). Results The concentration of plasma estradiol and β-EP were significantly lower in CSX than that in control group (P<0.05 ). The levels of LH and FSH were signifi-cantly higher in CSX than that in control group (P<0.05 ). The levels of progesterone and testosterone be-came higher,but the difference between two kinds of sex hormones were not significantly. The linear correlation analysis showed that the serum estradiol was positively correlated with β-EP (P<0.05 ). The serum LH was negatively correlated withβ-EP (P<0.05 ). The serum FSH and estradiol/testosterone ratio were not found to be correlated with β-EP. Multivariate linear regression showed that estradiol and LH were closely related withβ-EP. Conclusion Lack of estrogen in postmenopausal women with CSX causes the secretion of LH,which probably by inhibiting the release ofβ-endorphin ,and then causes pain hypersensitivity in these patients.
